| Abstract: | Some scholars in the theoretical circle of law seem to think that the legitimacy of lawful act stipulated in General Regulations of Civil Law, means a retrogression of the concept of lawful act. But this paper is of the opinion that the legitimacy of lawful act affects its effects, or rather, the affirmation of its standards and it also helps perform its rights and obligations. |
