| 摘 要： | 黄淮学院是地方本科院校向应用技术型高校转型的成功范例，他们通过做好顶层设计、转变教育观念、组建合作发展联盟、改造学科专业、创新人才培养模式、搭建实践育人平台、打造双师素质团队、开展国际合作办学等多种措施促推学校转型，这些经验启示我们，转型必须抢抓机遇，先行先试；必须把专业建设作为转型的切入点和突破口；必须加快二级学院建设，为转型积聚动力；必须抓好融资，为转型提供物质保障。

| Abstract: | Huanghuai University,which transformed from a traditional university into the one focusing on application and technology,set an example for local e colleges and universities. By making the top-level design, changing the ideas, forming cooperative development leagues,reforming the majors and disciplines,innovating personnel training mode,building platforms for practice education and a team of double-professional teachers,and running schools with foreign universities,the university is transformed successfully. The experience and enlightenment tell us：we must seize opportunities to transform;specialty construction should be the cut-in and breakthrough point;construction of secondary school should be sped up to gather momentum for transformation;financing should be paid special attention to so as to ensure the material supplies for the transformation. |
