| 摘 要： | 随着经济社会事业发展所带来的高等教育事业的快速发展,青年教师如果不树立终生教育的观念,就容易陷入职业倦怠的不可持续境地.因此教育机构应树立以人为本的理念,坚持科学发展观,以协调适应为发展模式,重视对青年教师的培养.
