| 摘 要： | 农村公共物品的有效供给是我国当前社会主义新农村建设的主要内容之一，关系到农村的稳定和繁荣。但是由于种种原因，目前我国农村公共物品的供给情况并不理想，严重影响到了农村生产力的提高和农民生活水平的改善。本文试通过基于三方（政府、企业、志愿组织）合作的供给机制理论，来探讨有效提高我国农村公共物品供给能力的途径。

| Abstract: | The effective provision of rural public goods is one of the main aspects of Chinas current constrtion of a new social.at cotmtryside, and relation to the rural stability, and prosperity. However, due to various reasons, the supply situation of China＇s rural public goods is not satisfactory, seriously affecting the rural productive forces and the improvement of their living standards. Based on this examination through the tripartite （ government, business, voluntary organizations） cooperation supply mechanism theory, to describe how effectively enhance Chinas rural public goods supply capacity. |
