| 摘 要： | 以亳州盖福祥连锁药店为例，利用关联规则对数据库中药品的销售信息进行挖掘及利用NK—means聚类算法对顾客忠诚度进行聚类分析研究，找出影响连锁药店盈利的主要因素，为连锁药店改进营销策略、提高服务质量提供参考依据。

| Abstract: | This thesis takes the pharmacy chain of Bozhou Gaifuxiang as an example, studies on the use of association rules mining in the database of drug sales information and analyses Customer＇s loyalty based on NK-means clustering algorithm. To find out the main factors of influencing the drugstore chain profit, this paper provides a reference basis for improving the marketing strategy and service quality of chain pharmacies. |
