| Abstract: | Basing on the college operating mechanism that the present colleges and universities are guided by the market mechanism,led by the governmental macro-adjustment,and dominated by colleges' autonomous running,this article proceeds with the defining and characterizing the strategically management,the steps and sectors of its actualization as well as its values and significance,makes a primary exploration on implementing strategically management in colleges and universities. |
