| 摘 要： | 杨增新统治新疆时期,在农业、纺织业方面采取了"开渠垦荒"、创办纺织公司等振兴实业的措施,为新疆近代社会经济和棉纺织业的发展奠定了基础.但杨增新振兴农业和纺织业的举措也有一定的局限性.

| Abstract: | During the period of xinjiang's government,Yangzengxin took some measures such as digging channels and cultivating wasteland,setting up the textile company and so on.What he had done laid the cornerstone for the development of xinjiang's modern social economy and cotton textiles.However,it's sure that there is certain limitation in his measures. |
