| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法和数理统计法,对安康市15所省级标准化中学的体育师资现状进行了调查,分析了其在教师队伍构成与来源、师生比例、教师性别与年龄、职称与学历结构、知识结构与教学能力、工作量、在职培训进修和科研水平等诸方面的情况,探寻了其中存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策,以期为提高安康市省级标准化中学体育师资队伍水平提供参考。

| Abstract: | The current situation of the P.E.teachers from the 15 Ankang provincial standardized middle schools are undertook investigation by using the method of literature,interview,questionnaire investigation and mathematical statistics,in its analysis of the teachers’team composition and sources,the ratio of students to teachers,gender and age,professional title and educational background structure,knowledge structure and teaching ability,workload,on-the-job training education and scientific research level and other aspects of the situation,to explore the existing problems,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures,with a view to improve the Ankang provincial standardization of middle school P.E.teachers to provide reference. |
