| Abstract: | This paper discusses the education structure reforming of Higher education in Xinjiang on the basis of an investigation into Xinjiang College students＇ employment problem,especially ethnic college students.The paper analyzes the causes of college students＇ employment problem and provides solutions as well as the importance of the problem in Xinjiang and in the China＇s policy ＂Development of the West Region＂. |
