新疆天山天池风景区游客满意度调查研究

摘    要:为了解游客对新疆天山天池风景区在餐饮、交通、住宿、游览、娱乐、基础设施建设等方面的现实评价,引入游客满意度概念,通过德尔菲法和态度赋值法测算了游客对天池风景区的满意度为"一般"。说明该景区在产品开发层次、旅游基础服务设施建设和景区服务管理等方面存在不足,在此基础上提出若干对策建议。

Abstract:The concept of the degree of tourists'satisfaction is introduced in order to find out the tourists'actual evaluation of food,drinks,traffic,accommodation,tourism,recreation,insfrastructural facilities,etc..The degree of tourists'satisfaction with the scenic spot,Heavenly Pond,has been calculated by the Delphi and attitude evatuation methods and the statistical inference is"ordinary".It indicates that there are defects in product development levels,the construction of infrastructure,service and management in the scenic spot.This article puts forward some sloutions to the problems on the basis of it.
