| 摘 要： | 学校德育工作必须从讲政治的高度认清它的重要性,加强德育工作领导,注重德育队伍建设,构建完善的德育工作体系；提高学校领导干部管理学校、反分裂、反渗透和反争夺的能力,营造富有特色的德育氛围,抓好日常行为规范训练,拓宽德育渠道,进一步优化德育工作环境。

| Abstract: | It is imperative to realize the importance of moral education in secondary schools from the high plane of poli- tics and to do the following work :to give powerful leadership to moral education;to pay much attention to building up the ranks of teachers in moral education;to establish a perfect work system of moral education;to improve school leading ca- dres' abilities in school management,anti-disruption,anti-infiltration and anti-scramble for younsters;to create a speci- ality atmosphere of moral education;to do a good job of a regular training in students' everyday conduct;to expand the avenues of moral education and further optimize an environment for the work of moral education. |
