双语学习者潜在认知能力与双语教学

摘    要:在世界双语教育发展中,学习者的双语能力与认知能力的发展一直为人们所关注。人们对两者的关系经历了从消极负面的认识到积极正面的认识的变化过程。其代表就是双语学习下的认知的"分离的潜在能力模式"(SUP)与"共同的潜在能力模式"(CUP),尤其后者作为国外双语教育的重要理论之一,对少数民族地区开展的双语教学在理论上有着不可忽视的借鉴作用。

Abstract:In the history of bilingual education in the world,people persistently pay attention to the progress of the bilingual language performance with cognitive proficiency for the bilingual students.The interdependence between them have been known from the period of passive or negative to the periods of active or positive.It was known as "Separate Underlying Proficiency Model of Bilingualism"(SUP) and "Common Underlying Proficiency Model of Bilingualism"(CUP).CUP,as an important theory of bilingual education in the world,will have indispensable effect on the development of bilingual education to ethnic minority learners in Xinjiang.
