| Abstract: | Fast-growing economy in Taiwan and establishing community colleges by some ardent youth provide objective and subjective conditions for the rapid growth of community colleges in Taiwan.The community colleges are hastened by nongovernment and do not focus on vocational education mainly.They have such two ideas of running schools as to liberate knowledge and to establish civil society. |
