| 摘 要： | 本文通过对20年来教育部(国家教委)出台的各类与高校教师培训相关的主要政策进行梳理分类,分析这些政策的形成、发展及所起的作用来回顾来我国高校教师培训的发展状况,并针对大众化高等教育阶段对教师发展的需求提出进一步政策建议。
