| 摘 要： | 当前,厦门市在基础教育均衡发展方面取得了一些成绩,但在基础教育资源配置的生源质量和师资配置方面仍存在较明显的岛内外和校际差异,此差异又对学生的高等教育入学机会产生影响。为进一步推进厦门市基础教育均衡发展,政府及教育行政主管部门可从社会经济层面加快岛外经济建设、缩小各区经济发展差距,加大对薄弱学校的教育投入,加大力度弱化社会对高考升学率的过分关注,重视并加强基础教育理论研究,提高教育的管理水平等方面努力;学校层面则应从提高教学效率,提高学校的管理水平,利用政策之利谋求发展,努力探寻学校办学特色等方面努力。

| Abstract: | Xiamen city has made great achievements in the balanced development of basic education in recent years. However, there still exist gaps between inside and outside Xiamen Island as well as among different schools on resource allocation. These gap impact students＇ higher education entrance opportunity. In order to luther promote the balanced development of basic education in Xiamen, the government and administrative department of education should promote the economic development of outside the island, nar row the gap of the economic development between districts and increase the investment in weaker schools, and reduce social attention to higher education enrollment rate, emphasize the theoretical study of basic e ducation, and improve education management ability. In addition, Schools should improve the teaching effi ciency and management ability, utilize policies to seek development and explore the characteristics of the school. |
