摘    要:我国高校发展的同质化倾向,导致大学的人才培养模式缺乏个性,影响了大学办学质量的提高,也影响了我国建设高等教育强国和世界一流大学的进程。高校发展的同质化是指“在大学发展进程中所表现出来的相互间平均化或一致化的动态行为过程,以及在形式上表现为越来越相似的现象”,是高校在办学理念与发展定位、学科专业设置、人才培养模式以及发展路径等方面表现出的相互模仿、相互攀比行为。同质化不利于高校组织生态系统均衡发展,不利于实现建设世界一流大学与高等教育强国的战略目标,不利于培养社会经济发展急需的各层次多元化的高质量人才。因此,加快实现高校的分类发展,是需要迫切解决的问题,这有利于高等教育强国目标的早日实现。

Abstract:The homogenization of colleges in China leads to the lack of features in talent training mode,which affects the quality of college education and the process of building a strong country in higher education.The homogenization means that HEIs have more and more equal shares or show similar tendencies in their development.It is characterized as the mutual imitation and comparison in educational ideals,developing orientations,discipline setting,talent training mode and developing ways.It is harmful to the development of a balanced higher education system,goes against our goal to build world class universities and a strong country in higher education,and is hard to meet the need of society and economy for various high-level talents.Therefore,it becomes urgent to speed up the development of higher education by classification so as to realize the goal of building a strong country in higher education earlier.
