| 摘 要： | 高校学术评价制度的缺陷是造成高校学术腐败的主要原因。高校学术委员会的学术评价,往往在高校内起到学术研究导向的指挥棒作用。当前,由于众多高校的学术委员会制度的不完善,导致其在学术评价时易出现错位,从而引发学术腐败。为此,亟需完善高校学术委员会制度,以实现学术性目的为核心,并把促进学术创新、提高教师积极性、优化学术资源作为学术评价最终的依归,以革除学术不端产生的不良土壤。
