| 摘 要： | 个体心理结构是一个动态系统,由心理输入系统、心理执行系统和心理输出系统三个子系统构成.个体心理结构对于思想政治教育具有重要作用:依据个体心理物质要素来定位思想政治教育的力度和深度;依据个体心理动力要素来定位思想政治教育的切入点和着力点;依据个体心理定向要素来定位思想政治教育的向度.
