| Abstract: | Based on the research of TV universities social position, development trend,brand name, students, teaching and management staff , this paper proposes a new way to the development of TV universities, namely proper position evaluation, broadening opening - up, exhibiting RTVUs' characteristics, exploiting their advantages to the full, teaching quality guarantee, establishing their own brand names, providing excellent service and depending on well - known professors. |
