| 摘 要： | 本文基于广东和福建7市139家与外资企业保持竞争与合作关系的本地企业为样本获取数据，采用非参数检验（U检验）以及相关分析（Spearmancorrelation）方法，比较分析了珠三角与厦汕泉地区企业技术外溢效应的不同。结果表明：总的来说，各种渠道的技术外溢效应都存在，但珠三角在某些方面比厦汕泉地区技术外溢程度要高；对于产业内横向外溢效应，外资企业的进入都引入了激烈的竞争效应，但由于地区竞争环境的不同，使得本地企业模仿和学习外资企业先进技术和管理经验的手段也有所不同；对于产业间纵向外溢效应，后向联系比前向联系所产生的技术外溢效应更明显，后向联系效应中两个地区的本地企业提高产品和服务质量以满足外资企业（顾客）要求的方式也不尽相同。
