| 摘 要： | 组建开放大学离不开优质的教学资源,而网络上存在大量分散、异构的教学资源。为充分利用这些网络教学资源,节省人力、物力和财力,有必要对这些资源去芜存菁,分门别类,进行整合,从而构建一种开放大学网络教学资源整合模式。在整合的过程中,要保护自身网络教学资源的知识产权不受侵犯,同时,也要保证自己在发布教学资源时不侵犯他人知识产权。

| Abstract: | The construction of Open University involves the formation of quality teaching materials.With a large number of dispersed and heterogeneous teaching materials online,it is necessary to process them to take full advantage and to save manpower,material and financial resources.As a result,an integration model of E-resources specific for the Open University shall be set up.Meanwhile,cautions must be made to protect its own intellectual property rights,and also to avoid infringing on other’s when releasing them. |
