| 摘 要： | 台湾自古以来就是中国神圣领土的重要组成部分，海峡两岸是一个中国，决非两个国家，这是历史和法律所证明的事实。本文从国际法的角度论述了台湾的法律地位，驳斥“两国论”与“公投台湾前途论”这两种“台独”论调，并分析了《反分裂国家法》的特点及其颁布实施的重大意义，指出《反分裂国家法》是一部和平法。是指向“台独”分裂活动的法律武器。是中华民族根本利益的法律体现。

| Abstract: | Taiwan has been being part of the sacred territory of the People's Republic of China since ancient times,both the mainland and Taiwan belong to one China,but not"Two Countries",which is witnessed by many history records,and isconfirmed in the form of the international treaty.The article discusses the Taiwan Issue from the point of international law,and opposes the theory of Taiwan independence such as"two countries"and"Resident's right to self_determination of future of Taiwan",the author also explores the importance of"Anti_secession Law",followed by the statement that"Anti_secession Law"is not only a law for peaceful resolution of Taiwan issue,but also helps to anti_Taiwan Independence and safeguard China's fundamental interest. |
