| 摘 要： | 远程开放教育为地方经济发展做出了重要贡献，在我国终身教育体系中占据着重要位置。然而，在时代与环境的变迁中，其制度体系的运行存在着目标脱离实际、制度执行效率低、教学与管理滞后等问题，需要在目标设计、机构管理、课程建设、支持服务、质量监控等方面探索和创新，才能保证这一办学模式长远发展。

| Abstract: | Distance open education has made great contributions to local economic development and plays a significant role in the life-long education system in China.However,with the rapid social and economic development,the present system has revealed problems like the alienation from reality,low enforcement efficiency,backward teaching and management,etc.To guarantee long-term development,it requires research and innovation in object design,organization management,curriculum development,support service and quality monitoring. |
