摘    要:个体化作为理解社会转型的新命题,在当代中国具有与西欧不同的特质,包括双重脱嵌、个人主义文化传统的欠缺、缺乏丰裕的福利国家支持等匹配条件。由此出现了脱嵌不充分的狭隘乡民情结、“顺民”与“暴民”的极端倾向以及原子化的私民困境。因此在当代中国,针对这些个体化导致的问题,必须在国家引导下发挥公民教育的积极作用,以培养公民的现代性时空视野,构造健全的权责平衡关系,提升主动参与和对他者关怀的社会性品质。

Abstract:The individualization as a new proposition to understand social transformation in contemporary China and Western Europe have different characteristics including dual de-intercalation, the lack of individualism and cultural traditions, and the lack of abundant welfare state support and other matching conditions. Hence there arises the de-intercalate inadequate narrow villagers complex, "docile subjects" and "mob" extremism and atomized private people. Therefore, in contemporary China, to resolve these individual problems, we must rely on the positive role of civil education in national guidance in order to foster citizens' vision of modernity and space to construct a sound balance between rights and responsibilities and enhance such social quality as active participation and the care for others.
