| 摘 要： | “订单式”人才培养模式是职业教育在总结产学合作经验的基础上，探索出来的一种人才培养模式。本文通过对“订单式”人才培养模式的内涵及其发展历史的考察，分析了“订单式”人才培养模式的特点，指出实施“订单式”人才培养模式中要处理好的问题。
