| 摘 要： | 高校在构建和谐社会的建设中具有独特的优势，高校是先进生产力的动力源泉，是先进文化的重要阵地，是实现广大人民群众根本利益的重要力量。因此，高校必须努力构建和谐校园，发挥好表率作用。发挥好表率作用，必须以科学发展观为指导，以和谐的先进文化为先导，坚持以人为本，调动师生员工的积极性和创造性。
