| 摘 要： | 近年来，我国在政府的推动下新建的一大批本科院校，满足了高等教育大众化快速发展的需要，它们软硬件设施基础较差，缺乏文化底蕴，在激烈的竞争中寻求建设和发展的最优路径，大多模仿老牌本科院校的发展路径，没有考虑到时空环境的差异，同质化现象严重，竞争力不足。地方新建本科院校只有着力建设大学文化，用大学文化将学校各个系统机制有机整合，才能不断提升地方新建本科院校的核心竞争力，从而优化高等教育系统，保持地方新建本科院校的科学发展。

| Abstract: | In recent years, in the government＇ s promotion, a large number of newly - built local colleges meet the need for the rapid popularization of higher education in China. But they have poor basic facilities of hardware and software, lacking of cultural content, searching for the best path on construction and development in the fierce competition, most of them imitate the development path of veteran universities, they did not take into account the differences of the time and space,so the phenomenon of homogenization is serious. Newly- built local colleges should focus on building the campus spiritual culture, integrating various systems mechanisms of the colleges with culture, in order to enhance the core competitiveness and thereby optimize the higher education system, and maintain the newly- built local colleges sustainable development. |
