| 摘 要： | 任何科学的教学方法只有被科学地运用于教学实践时,其效果才可以彰显。文章阐述了案例教学应用于管理学科的重要意义,指出了管理学科案例教学中存在的问题,并就改进管理学科案例教学提出了若干建议。内容主要有:要正确认识案例法与讲授法的关系,应规范管理学科案例教学的各个环节,对现行教学计划进行必要的改革,通过多种途径提高师资队伍水平。
