| 摘 要： | 大学教育的目的是提高人的素质，而人素质是人才基础的基础，人素质教育有利于培养学生如何做人，这不仅对理、工、农、医等科技专业院校具有重要性和必要性，而且也是经济、法律等社会科学教育中的应有之义，高等院校应从加强校园化建设、充分发挥第一课堂主渠道作用以及建设高素质的师资队伍等方面加强人素质教育。
