| 摘 要： | 借鉴人力资本理论，对收入函数进行了方差分析，用城镇地区不同收入等级家庭收入比值代表收入差距，从理论和实证的角度分析了劳动力教育水平对收入差距的影响，证实了教育水平对收入差距变动趋势的影响是二次的，收入差距随着教育水平的提高经历了扩大、减少到绝对减少三个阶段。因此，应从促进就业、引入平等竞争机制和发挥劳动力市场中介作用等方面，缩小我国的收入差距。

| Abstract: | Empirical analysis tests the impacts of educational level on income gap, the trend of Schooling Attainment＇s impact on income gap have been the main issues that economists and sociologists want to settle. Refering to the literatures from home and abroad and using yearly data from the National Bureau of Statistics of China, this paper also adopts the theoretic analysis in conjunction with empirical research of the impacts of schooling attainment on personal income gap. And theoretic analysis in conjunction with empirical research the rate of population increase, the rate of city enrollment unemployment, and the paper puts iorward some advice that reduces income gap in employment, competition mechanism, and labor market agency. |
