| 摘 要： | 阐述了我国高校图书馆信息资源共建共享的发展状况，对山西高校图书馆信息资源建设情况进行了调查和分析，剖析了制约共建共享的不利因素，提出了山西高校图书馆信息资源共建共享的七项对策，即设立权威性的组织协调机构、构建联合采购信息系统、创立山西高校图书馆联合目录查询系统、有侧重地建立特色资源、联合开展技术攻关、加强信息资源共建共享法则及分配机制建设、拓宽和强化高校图书馆联盟服务功能。

| Abstract: | This thesis expounds the development of Chinese academic libraries and the sharing of information resources, and conducts a survey and makes an analysis of construction in Shanxi universities＇ libraries information resources, and analyzes the negative factors restricting the co-construction and sharing, and proposes seven implemented strategies to Shanxi universities＇ libraries resource sharing. They are： to establish an authoritative coordination organization; to establish an united system of purchasing information; to establish an inquiry system of united catalog in Shanxi universities＇ libraries; lay special emphasis on establishing a specialty resource database; to carry out the technical research in joint; to strength the construction of the law of the information resources sharing and the distribution mechanisms; to broad and strength the service function of alliance of universities＇ libraries. |
