| Abstract: | After China＇s entrance to WTO, its contacts with world increase by days, which means its needs to the intemational business personnel qualified for the cross-culture communication and management boost dramatically. Based on the characteristics of different phases in the development of cross-culture ability and their corresponding cognitive features, this paper tries to explore and propose the teaching strategies and contents on cultivation of the ability in cross-culture which is suited to the universities of finance and economics, and turns them into the current teaching practice as well. |
