摘    要:充分发挥教师和学生双方主观能动性的互动教学法,更有利于培养研究生的研究能力和良好意志品质,有利于提高教学效果,保证教学质量的提高。应用这一教学方式,可以采用“答问式”、“问答式”、“讨论式”和“答辩式”等多种方式进行。它要求学校必须配备高素质的任课教师,拥有较丰富的图书资料和便捷的资料查询系统,建立有效的调查、实验和实践基地,改革传统的学生学习成绩与教师教学质量考核办法,尽可能使用先进教学设备,安排小班教学。

Abstract:Bringing the initiative of both teachers and students into full play, the interactive teaching method is beneficial to the development of research ability and willpower of postgraduates; it is also beneficial to the improvement of the teaching efficiency and quality. In implementing the method, diversified forms can be adopted such as "question and answer", "answer and question", "discussion", "debate", and so on. It is required that the school administration provide with quality teachers, extensive library, convenient data retrieval system; establish effective bases for investigation, experiment, and practice, reform the traditional examination and assessment methods both to the students' academic records and the teachers' teaching quality; and do the best possible to use up-to-date teaching equipment and to conduct teaching in smaller class.
