高校教学竞赛的理论与实践

摘    要:高校教学竞赛是众多教学改革活动中开展范围最广、参加人数最多的一项活动,它的开展有其独特的历史背景、现实背景和理论背景。实践中,高校教学竞赛虽然表现出了自身的特点,发挥了明确的导向作用,但仍然面临着对教学基本功内涵没有明确界定、竞赛的激励作用不能充分发挥等困境。本文提出的应对措施是:扩大竞赛辐射效应,对教学基本功的内涵给予明晰的界定;运用激励理论,设计合理的竞赛激励机制;结合高校教师工作特点,建立教学质量保障与激励的长效机制。

Abstract:Teaching competition is one of many teaching activities,in the broadest number of participants in an activity,and its launch of its unique historical background,actual background and theoretical background.In practice,university teaching competition has demonstrated its unique characteristics,play a clear guide,but still faces with the connotation of teaching basic skills,competition,incentives can not give full play to the plight of even the specific failure.Addressing the problem,this paper proposes to explore the direction of university teaching:expanding competition radiation effect,expand the teaching of basic skills;use of incentive theories,reasonable design competition incentive mechanisms;combine features of university teachers,explore the establishment of long-term teaching quality assurance and incentives.
