大学生文化素质教育之忧思

摘    要:中国高校文化素质教育开展15年来取得了一些成效,但问题依然严峻,主要表现在:对实施文化素质教育的目的和意义不是十分明确,对文化素质教育的内容的理解存在误区,课程设置存在盲目性与随意性,未能建立完善的评价体系,文化素质教育边缘化的地位长期没有改善,教师本身的文化素养和奉献精神有所欠缺.而这些现象的背后最根本的原因是教育目标的模糊性、教育体制的僵化和教育观念的功利化.

Abstract:Cultural Quality Education in Chinese Colleges and Universities has been carried out for 15 years and achieved some success. But the problem is still severe. The Specific performances are:The purpose and meaning of the cultural quality education is not very clear, there are some mistakes on the understanding of content of the Cultural Quality education, there is blindness and randomness on curriculum, a sound evaluation system has not been established, the marginalized status of Cultural Quality Education does not improved for a long-term, teachers" cultural awareness and dedication are lacking.The most fundamental reasons behind the phenomena are the ambiguity of the educational goals, rigid education system and the utilitarian of the educational concepts.
