人工智能时代的劳动教育,内涵、价值与实现路径

摘    要:探讨人工智能语境下劳动教育的适应路径是对现实需求的积极回应。人工智能时代下的劳动教育以劳动认同、劳动思维的培养为核心目标,以协作劳动为主要组织形式,以劳动实践为关键路径,力求在具身体验中培养学生的劳动价值观和劳动情感。为应对城乡、设计者与参与者、生生间的数字鸿沟、教师教学能力孱弱及大众传媒把关不力等一系列挑战,将人工智能的优势贯穿于劳动教育教学、管理与资源建设中,在"亲职教育"和"亲子教学"过程中转变家长观念;以典型劳模为载体营造良好的舆论环境,凭借"云教学"模式拓展劳动教育实践平台;并以区为项目、以校为单位,建立学校劳动教育智能监测评价系统。

Abstract:Exploring the adaptation path of labor education in the context of artificial intelligence is a positive response to actual needs. Labor education in the era of artificial intelligence takes the cultivation of labor identification and labor thinking as the core goal, collaborative labor as the main organizational form, and labor practice as the key path, and strive to cultivate students’ labor values and labor emotions through physical experience. In order to cope with a series of challenges such as the digital divide between urban and rural areas,designers and participants, students and students, teachers’ inadequate teaching ability and ineffective mass media control, the advantages of artificial intelligence have been applied to labor education, teaching, management, and resource construction. Change parents’ concepts in the process of "vocational education" and "parent-child teaching";use model worker as the carrier to create a good public opinion environment, and expand the labor education practice platform with the "cloud teaching" model;and use districts as projects and schools as units to establish school labor Educational intelligent monitoring and evaluation system.
