| 摘 要： | 结合当前高等学校实验室建设与创新人才培养的实际,介绍了在实验室建设方面采取科学规划、深化质量工程、实施实验室建设项目化管理、实验室管理科学化等措施建设实验室,并相应采取设置创新实践学分、在本科生中开展教师指导科研训练、实施项目化实验室开放、将学科竞赛纳入常规教学管理等培养创新实践人才的方式方法及实践成效。介绍了实验室发展和搭建创新实践平台提升创新实践人才培养的做法及取得的效果。

| Abstract: | Along with nation experiment the teaching demonstration center judge the work go deep in to open an exhibition,laboratory construction in high school turned into the stage of the big development.This text according to school actual circumstance,combine the current university and college laboratory construction and creative what talented person develop actual,introduce to constuct aspect to adopt a science programming,turn the quality engineering,the implement laboratory construction item to turn a management deeply in the laboratory,the laboratory manage the scientific etc.measure construction laboratory,and correspond to adopt the constitution innovation fulfillment credit,open an exhibition a teacher to guide research training and carries out item to turn in the undergraduate course living the laboratory opens and brings the academics contest into the normal regulations teaching management etc.the development innovation practice a talented person of way method and practice result. |
