| 摘 要： | 在申报实验室建设项目的过程中，如何缩短项目申报周期、提高工作效率、提升项目建设与管理质量，这是任何一所高校都会遇到的问题，也是一个长期以来亟待解决的问题。利用计算机程序设计与现代化网络技术手段开发实验室项目在线申报平台，能够提高实验室建设效率，同时提升实验室的建设与管理水平。

| Abstract: | In the process of reporting laboratory construction projects, how to shorten the project reporting cycle, improve efficiency, enhance the project construction and management of quality, which is the problem any college will encounter, but also a long-standing problem to be solved. Based on the use of the computer program design and modem means of network technology, laboratory project online reporting platform can improve the efficiency of laboratory construction, while improving the construction and management of the laboratory. |
