| 摘 要： | 针对高校大型仪器设备管理水平低、共享程度低和效益评估难的现状，拟采取软件系统和硬件控制互为补充的方式，开发由学校和实验室两级架构组成贯穿于设备管理全过程的设备管理系统。该系统通过利用智能控制设备等硬件和信息管理系统相互结合的方式，实现了对仪器设备从市场调研、规划论证、招标采购、预约使用、人才培训直至淘汰报废的全过程管理，推动了大型仪器设备面向社会开放共享，切实提高了使用效益，实现了对设备的科学规范管理。

| Abstract: | For the current status of poor management, inconvenient sharing, and bard performance evaluation in large-scale equipment in colleges and universities, we planed to develop an equipment management system containing two ranks, school and laboratories through the whole management process in a software and hardware control complementary manner. The equipment management system combined intelligent control equipment and other hardware, and information management system with each other to achieve the management of the whole process of the equipment from the market research, planning feasibility studies, appointment, personnel training to retirement at the end of their life, in order to promote large-scale equipment for the open access for society, and effectively improve the efficiency in the use of scientific and standardized management of the equipment. |
