| 摘 要： | 对高职学生进行职业能力系统化培养,全面提升学生综合素养和社会竞争力,对高职教育改革具有重要意义。针对区域经济发展和地方产业需求,明确高职生物技术及应用专业定位,分析归纳学生就业岗位和职业核心能力,研究了基于生物制药工作岗位的"1平台+4模块"课程体系、"三级实训,三段实习"为主线的实践教学体系和依托特色专业文化的综合素质教育体系,从而推进高职生物技术及应用专业的课程体系建设。

| Abstract: | Developing students＇ vocational ability systematically in higher vocational school can improve students＇ comprehensive quality and social competitive power and is very important for higher vocational education. Based on the regional economic development and the local industry demand, the text clear the orientation of biotechnology and application profession, analyze employment job and professional core competencies. Also it study the ＂1platform ＋ 4 module＂ curriculum system based on the biopharmaceutical employment, ＂three level training, three period of internship＂ practice teaching system, comprehensive quality education system relying on the professional culture, and build the curriculum system of systematic professional ability. |
