| 摘 要： | 在赴德培训学习德国职业教育的理念及模式的基础上,对中德两国的职业教育概况做了比较;参照和借鉴德国职业教育模式,对本专业的教学进行了改革及教学实践,包括培养方案、教学方式及内容、评估及考核方式的改革与完善;经过不断学习和探索,取得了一定的成果;在改革实践的基础上对今后的发展方向进行了展望。
