| 摘 要： | 实验室管理体制要适应现代科学技术发展的需要,结合南京农业大学动物科技学院的实践,提出建立实验教学中心,实现了资源合理配置、合理利用,以人为本,充分调动实验室管理人员的积极性,推进实验室开放,提高实验室和大型仪器设备的使用效率,是实验室管理体制改革的核心。
