| 摘 要： | 《高等教育法》明确提出“高等教育的任务是培养具有创新精神和实践能力的高级专门人才”。在创新实验教学的过程中要培养具有创新素质的高级专门人才，就要在实验教学模式上进行创新，真正实现以学生为主体的教学实践活动。本文首先阐述了高校实验教学的重要性及在创新性人才培养中的作用，提出了创新实验教学模式培养创新人才。
