摘    要:师生关系的好坏直接关系到教育实效的获得。当前我国大中小学校园内师生关系出现不和谐之音,师生冲突事件时有发生。自由市场主义思想侵蚀、人本主义思想泛滥、评价考核方式不当、信息化网络化影响以及学校自身问题等是造成师生关系紧张的主要原因。改善紧张师生关系需要从教师威信自我救赎、重建教学关系、改进管理制度以及坚守育人文化等方面着手。

Abstract:The relation between students and teachers directly influences the result of education. Recently,teacher-student relationship in campus is not so harmonious that sometimes conflicts happen between teachers and students.The tense teacher-student relationship mainly results from the undue influence of market liberalism,personalism,evaluation institutes,informatization and problems of schools.To improve the teacher-student relationship,teachers should self-rescue their prestige,reestablish the teaching relationship,improve the management systems and stick to the culture of educating.
