| 摘 要： | 高职院校教学分级管理是提高教育教学管理水平的重要手段,同时也是落实"放管服"改革的具体体现。选取广西壮族自治区5所高职院校104位教师作为调查对象,从教学分级管理落实层面、教学管理制度层面、教学管理方式层面、教学管理评价体系等方面开展调查,发现高职院校教学分级管理工作落实不到位、教学分级管理制度缺失、教学管理方式机械传统、教学管理评价体系不完善等问题。基于此,提出了现代大学制度视域下高职院校教学分级管理模式的建构,具体包括:以现代大学制度为核心,搭建教学分级管理制度落实的顶层设计;以现代大学制度为契机,构建教学分级管理的治理体系;以现代大学制度为基础,继续推进教育教学管理改革;以现代大学制度为原则,改革教育教学管理的评价体系。

| Abstract: | Teaching hierarchical management in higher vocational colleges is an important means to improve the management level of education and teaching. It is also a concrete manifestation of the implementation of "Delegate power and optimize service ". This study selected 104 teachers from 5 higher vocational colleges in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region as the survey objects, and conducted investigations from the aspects of teaching hierarchical management implementation, teaching management system level, teaching management method level,teaching management evaluation system, etc., and found several problems such as unfulfillment of implementation of teaching hierarchical management, the lack of teaching hierarchical management system, the mechanical tradition of teaching management, and the imperfect evaluation system of teaching management. Based on these,this paper puts forward the construction of the teaching hierarchical management model of higher vocational colleges under the vision of modern university system, including the top-level design of the implementation of the teaching hierarchical management system with the modern university system as the core, the construction of the teaching hierarchical management with the modern university system as an opportunity., promotion of the reform of education and teaching management with the modern university system as the foundation, reform of the evaluation system of education and teaching management with the modern university system as the principle. |
