坚持三导向:深化高职金融类专业教学改革的新探索

摘    要:在金融科技推动下,金融类专业就业岗位和工作内容发生了根本性改变,对人才要求从强调单一技能转向综合职业能力和职业素质。据此,金融类专业重新定位、培养过程和模式重新构建都成为亟需研究的重要课题。作为高职教育,金融类专业应从行业需求明确专业定位,以行业标准确定专业教学标准,遵循互惠、互动、互利的原则,引企入教、校企合作,参考行业用工模式构建具有行业特征的产教融合人才培养模式。

Keep Three-orientation:A New Exploration of the Deep Teaching Reform of Financial Profession in Higher Vocational Education

Abstract:Under the impetus of fintech,the employment positions and work contents of financial profession have changed fundamentally,the requirements for employees have shifted from emphasizing single skills to comprehensive vocational skill and literacy.Therefore,the reorientation,the reconstruction of training process and model have become an important topic study for financial professionals.As one of professions in higher vocational education,Financial profession should define their professional orientation according to industry requirements,determine their teaching standards according to industry standards,follow the principle of reciprocity,interaction and mutual benefit,introduce enterprises into education,implement cooperation between college and enterprises,and build an industry-education integration talent cultivation model with industry-specific features by referring to the employment model of the industry.
