| 摘 要： | 职业教育质量监测是国家行为,是为职业教育科学决策提供支撑的重要手段。当前,职业教育质量监测存在认识不到位、目标偏失、指标单一、客体唯一等问题。系统构建职业教育质量监测体系应以提升职业教育服务经济社会发展能力为导向、发挥教育行政部门的引领指导作用和职业院校的主体作用、建立分级监测体系、加强监测体系的开放性与监测的透明化。健全职业教育质量监测体系的主要途径包括:实施人才培养工作评估,促进职业院校自觉加强质量建设;建立实施县市职业教育督导评估制度,凝聚办学合力;推行职业院校学生专业技能抽查制度;完善并创新职业院校技能竞赛制度

| Abstract: | Vocation education quality monitoring is the act of state,is for the occupation education science decision-making provide support means.Current occupation,education quality monitoring existing understanding does not reach the designated position,target deviation of single index,object,only such problems.System construction of regional occupation education quality monitoring system should be to improve the occupation education and economic and social development the ability oriented education administrative departments,play the leading and guiding role in the main role,establish occupation classification monitoring system,strengthen the monitoring of the openness of the system and monitoring of transparency.Perfect occupation education quality monitoring system main ways include: the implementation of talent cultivation evaluation,promoting occupation colleges strengthen the quality construction;implementing county occupation education evaluation system,condensed school force;carried out occupation college students professional skills examination system;perfecting and innovating occupation colleges skills competition system |
