高职院校思政课教师教学效果的调查分析——以佛山职业技术学院为例

摘    要:思政课是高职院校学生思想政治教育工作的主渠道,是学校立德树人的重要保障。办好思政课的关键在于发挥教师的积极性、主动性和创造性。通过对学生评教系统中思政课教师教学效果评价数据及教师背景性因素的探索,发现思政课教师教学效果整体较好,教师能够投入热情积极备课,教学态度认真负责,但在教学方法和教学内容方面需要进一步提高,并且由于受学历、职称、企业经验、骨干教师、专兼职、任教课程等因素影响,教学效果呈现不同程度的差异。因此,高职院校可通过完善培训帮扶机制、考核和职称评审机制、分类分群教学实施及优化课程、学生与教师间的结构安排等措施提升教师教学热情、改进教学方法、提高教学效果,打造高素质思政课教师队伍。

Investigation and Analysis on The Teaching Effect of Ideological and Political Course Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract:Ideological and political course is the main channel of Ideological and political education for students in Higher Vocational colleges, and it is an important guarantee in colleges for high moral values establishment and people cultivation. The key to running ideological and political course well lies in giving full play to teachers’ enthusiasm, initiative and creativity. Through exploring and researching the teaching effect evaluation data in the student evaluation system and teachers’ background factors, this paper found that the teaching effect of Ideological and political teachers is better as a whole;teachers can devote themselves to preparing lessons enthusiastically and actively, and their teaching attitude is conscientious and responsible. However, the teaching methods and contents need to be further improved, and due to the influence of educational background, professional title, enterprise experience, backbone teachers, full-time and part-time jobs, teaching courses and other factors, the teaching effect shows varying degrees of difference. Therefore, through improving training assistance mechanism,performance appraisal system and title evaluation mechanism, teaching practice of classification and clustering,optimizing the structural arrangement of courses, students and teachers and other measures, the higher vocational colleges can enhance teachers’ teaching enthusiasm, improve teaching methods and teaching effect, and ultimately build a high-quality ideological and political course teachers staff team.
