| 摘 要： | 基于计划行为理论,引入个人特征变量,构建了高职学生入党意愿和行为影响因素的理论模型,研究了高职学生入党的态度、主观规范、知觉行为控制和政治面貌对其入党意愿和行为的影响。研究结果表明,知觉行为控制、行为态度、主观规范均能正向影响高职学生的入党意愿和行为,作用力依次减弱;高职学生政治面貌能够通过行为态度和知觉行为控制对入党意愿和行为产生间接影响。

| Abstract: | Based on the theory of planned behavior and with the introduction of personal characteristic variables,this paper constructed a theoretical model of the influencing factors of vocational college students'intention and behaviors to join the CCP and studied the influence of vocational college students'attitudes towards the behavior,subjective norm,perceived behavior control and political status on their intention and behavior to join the CCP.The empirical research results showed that perceived behavior control,attitudes towards the behavior and subjective norm could positively affect the intention and behavior of joining the CCP,and the force decreases successively.The political status of vocational college students can exert an indirect influence on their intention and behavior to join the CCP through their attitudes towards the behavior and perceived behavior control. |
