| 摘 要： | 一切为了学生的发展,是人类社会发展到知识经济时代对教育功能的理性呼唤,是教育由社会功能向本体功能转变的历史必然。知识经济时代对人才发展的要求必须由一元走向多元,教育的发展必然从“社会本位”走向“以人为本”。
